Welcome to Harsh Taxi Service. These terms govern your use of our website and taxi services.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. General
Harsh Taxi Service is a registered MSME business in Dehradun, Uttarakhand (Reg. No: UK-05-0040051).
We provide local, outstation, and airport taxi services through our fleet of owned and partner vehicles.
These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website, phone, or authorized partners.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our official website.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us.
We may request a small advance amount to confirm long-distance or special trips.
Please verify pickup location, time, and vehicle type before confirming.
3. Fares & Payments
All fares are calculated based on distance, route, and vehicle type.
Tolls, parking, and state taxes (if applicable) are charged extra unless mentioned otherwise.
Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or via online transfer.
Invoices are available on request for all completed trips.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
50% charge may apply for cancellations within 2 hours of pickup time.
No refund applicable once the vehicle has been dispatched or the journey has started.
Refunds (if any) are processed within 3–5 working days.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Please ensure the provided pickup and drop details are accurate.
Wearing seat belts is mandatory during travel.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be charged to the customer.
6. Driver & Vehicle Conditions
All drivers are verified, trained, and instructed to follow road safety laws.
In case of unexpected breakdowns or delays, a replacement vehicle or alternate arrangement will be provided at the earliest possible time.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure timely and safe service, Harsh Taxi Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.
Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Third-party actions or force majeure events.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We value your privacy and protect your personal data according to our
Privacy Policy.
Personal information collected during bookings is used only for service delivery and communication.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of the
Dehradun District Court, Uttarakhand, India.
10. Policy Updates
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
