Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness and clarity for all bookings.

1. Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, a confirmation message or email will be shared with trip details.
Please review all information (date, time, pickup, destination, vehicle type) before confirming the booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking anytime before the journey begins.

Free Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
50% Charge: If cancellation occurs within 2 hours of pickup.
No Refund: Once the driver has reached the pickup point or the trip has started.
Advance Amounts: Non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations (within 1 hour of pickup).

3. Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund based on our cancellation terms, it will be processed as follows:

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
Refunds are credited via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or wallet).
In case of technical or gateway delays, the processing time may vary slightly.

4. No-Show & Delays

If the customer fails to show up at the pickup location or is unavailable beyond a reasonable wait time (typically 30 minutes),
the booking will be marked as a No-Show and cancellation charges may apply.

5. Cancellations by Harsh Taxi Service

In rare cases such as vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or weather disruptions,
Harsh Taxi Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Customers will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Booking Modifications

Minor changes to booking time, pickup point, or vehicle type can be made by contacting our team at least 2 hours before the trip.
Fare adjustments (if any) will be communicated before confirming the change.
